Dan’s distinguished property career spans over 30 years and brings with it a reputation as the industry leader in the sale of high value assets. As the former Managing Director and International Board Member of Richard Ellis, (now CBRE), his experience in cross boarder / cultural deals and close working contacts throughout Asia, continually to serve his clients well. Dan has transacted approximately $7 billion of commercial property assets over his career.

Sam McVay
Sam brings to the business more than 10 years’ experience in the property sector, both in Australia and internationally. Prior to co founding McVay Real Estate, Sam held positions with Deustche Bank, London, CB Richard Ellis, Brisbane and most recently, for Kimco Reatly, (the worlds largest owners of neighbourhood shopping centres), in New York and subsequently San Francisco where he headed a portfolio of over 400 properties running redevelopment, capital transactions and the leasing divisions. This experience provides a unique ownership perspective as to the requirements and inner workings of major real estate institutions.
Sam holds a Masters In Real Estate from New York’s Columbia University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
